Live Classes: 

You have the right to cancel your registration up to 4 Days before class begins for live classes. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting Insurance Training University by phone or email. The full tuition less a $50 processing fee will be refunded. Tuition may also be applied to any future class.

Refunds will not be granted if notification is given less than 4 Days before the beginning of class. However, tuition payment may still be applied to any future course(s).

Online Classes:

 Requests for cancellation must be made prior to logging into the online course and must be within 5 days of initial purchase date.  You may request by contacting Insurance Training University by phone or email. The full tuition less a $50 processing fee will be refunded. Tuition may also be applied to other classes offered.

Refunds will not be granted if notification is given less than 4 Days before the beginning of class. However, tuition payment may still be applied to any future course(s).

Reciprocity Disclaimer:

Certificate Issuance Policy:

Insurance Training University will reissue lost certificates upon email request to mbrittain@insurancetrainingu.com. There is a $30 fee for reissuing lost certificates payable by credit card only.

We use industry standard encryption and security measures to ensure your data is safe.
